Happy Birthday Miss Sage!
Sage is three! Yay! We had a great Birthday party the the little stink. There were hearts, and balloons and pink streamers everywhere. she had all of her little friends over. We had cupcakes and presents and then we went to the swimming Pool and played. it was a great day for her.

Later that night we had a family party where Daddy could be there. I think she had a really great day and was spoiled.

So okay back to blogging about the circuits.... day 2 seemed to be a bit easier and 3 was even better day four I was so sore that I thought I could get all my lunges in and my end parts were screaming. Seriously I think I might have heard them lol. day 5 after the purchase of Icy Hot life was good again. And then on saturday I took a break I know I m not suppose to but I needed it.
Mon I started working out at the gym while a friend watches my kiddos and that was nice, but then of course I get my new gym pass and then sweat the day away in the gym and I turn up sick two days later. I am not really surprised by this, but seriously ugg. Then my Kids follow with the sick bug. Work outs have been put on the back burner a bit. I am still doing something everyday and watching what I eat but ( Ugg I hate but). But it is not were it needs to be. Disappointing is an understatement. I have lost 5 more lbs so thats some thing to show.... Yay Anyway its been crazy.
